I am mommy to a three year old daughter Mackenzie who amazes (and tests) me daily. Hubby and I are expecting baby number two and super excited he/she is due in June which seems so far away right now. Anything else you want to know just ask  

***October 13-got our BFP shocked and unexpected but exciting!
***October 18-ER visit for cramping and UTI nurse practitioner convinces that its a failed pregnancy and we will m/c because of u/s showing no baby at 4 weeks call my ob on call and they say you shouldnt see baby on u/s at 4 weeks try to stay calm til appt on tuesday
***October 21-First ob appt. everything looks fine took a quick peek with u/s to calm my nerves and yolk sac is now visible scheduled a u/s at 7 weeks for my peace of mind
***November 5-First real u/s at 7 weeks baby is there measuring exactly on my dates strong heartbeat all looks good. im pretty sure im going to kill that nurse praticioner from the ER
***November 11-ob appt. everything looks great. i already gained 2 lbs wow. even though im only 8 weeks doc tried the doppler since im thin and we heard the heartbeat!! very exciting!
***November 25-ob appt 10 weeks! things look fine i didnt gain any weight in the last two weeks maybe next time. couldnt find heartbeat with doppler so doc did a fast u/s on the old machine in the office and baby is fine great heartbeat! and it really looked like a baby and not a bean this time even though only got to see for about 2 minutes. things are looking good so i get to wait 3 weeks between visits this time. scheduled my NT scan for 12 weeks
***December 9-First trimester NT scan. It was amazing! baby looks perfect and is measuring 5 days ahead which would change my DD from June 23 to June 18 but havent officially changed it til my OB decides if they want to or not next week at my appt. and the biggest news...she looks like a girl!! at 12 weeks its only about a 90% accuracy but the tech said she looks very girl and she would be amazed if it changed usually the 10% that end up changing arent so clearly defined and there is a grey area   we'll take another princess
***January 5-Had U/S because of some slight bleeding from a cyst and a bit of debris seen in sac at ER. Baby looks great and is still measuring ahead. The debris seems to be a placental lake which they said is common and fine and they will just check it from time to time. and at this point she is DEF a she!! Her name will be Emma.We have another u/s on Feb. 2nd
***March 30-everything is looking good. Im off bedrest now. Did glucose test last week and havent heard anything so no news should be good news. Appts every two weeks now until 36 weeks when it will be once a week. Its getting close!!
***May 7-Everything still going well. 33 weeks now so its getting super close and coming up quick. Just trying to get everything ready for Emma's arrival. feeling uncomfortable lately and have days where I am super crampy and such but for the most part feeling alright. Emma is still breech and im hoping she turns ASAP. If she hasnt turned at 36 weeks they will schedule an external cephalic version to try and turn her so i can avoid a c-section.

Home or hospital birth:Hospital though I think more of a birhting center environment if i can

Who will be in the delivery room with you:With my daughter only Nick andI were we wanted it private but this time we want people in during labor though I dont think the actual birth. I think his mom and my sister and maybe 2 others
