My name is Diana. I have a handsome son named Gavin who entered this world via c-section on April 8, 2009. My c-section sucked, but I'd do it all over in a heartbeat. Gavin is just plain awesome and he's so dynamic. He can light up a room and thensome.He amazes me with his awesomeness everyday.I've been married to his father for almost 2 years and we've been together for almost 3.I'm currently in the Navy as reservist. I miss active duty, but at the same time, I wouldn't be a SAHM and I'd miss out on things.

It's going be a challenge since he was formula fed for 5 1/2 months. After 4 months, babies do tend to be set in their ways, but it's not impossible.When I can overcome it and actually be successful, it'll be one of my greater accomplishments. I am literally going from NOTHING to hopefully back to where I was when we were BFing (I had great supply)

10.17 - Finally made a little bit of progress.
Both nipples are having litte specks of flakes appearing when I pump. Right nipple had a teeeeeeny bit of liquid coming out.

+ formula feed due to medical reasons. Not your typical reason, but it still prevented me to continue on. At the time, I took it so hard, but now, I'm okay with it. Gavin is healthy.
+ cloth diaper.
+ will not do any types of solids until at the very least 6 months (or longer).
+ will make all his food homemade and he'll never see a jar. Also, he'll consume as much organic foods as possible.
+ cosleep
+ am interested in babyled weaning and wants to practice that as soon as he starts solids.
+ am non-CIO
+ am practicing baby signlanguage with Gavin
+ wear my baby.
+ am trying elimination communication (EC)
+ make sure to use as much natural or organic products as possible. Everything from his baby wash to wipes to cleaning supplies and so on.
+... am obsessed with Gavin. He gets too many hugs and kisses. Luckily, he loves attention..so it's perfect!
