I am married and have two daughters. The first was born September 23, 2006 (8 lbs, 3 oz.) and the second May 14, 2008 (7 lbs, 1oz).. I am a creative person in thinking and in practice. As an outlet & for fun I create functional and non-functional ceramic pieces. People and human emotion inspire me. I enjoy the simple things in life and live for serendipitous moments. I am an elementary school teacher in an urban setting. I live in the suburbs with a big yard, my husband, daughters, two English Mastiffs, three indoor cats, & one aquatic turtle. I feel like the luckiest person in the world!

5-16-08--Lucienne weighed 6 lb, 11 oz. & 20" long
5-23-08--Lucienne weighed 7 lb, 11 oz. (Gained 1 lb in 1 week!!)
6-13-08--Weighing in @ 9 lbs, 10 oz.... she is an eater... 21.25" long
