I understand that a lot of people (particularly people who have never been fat themselves) think people get fat because they are lazy and eat too much. Everyone who has been in this position know that it usually happens just because of ‘life’. Especially when you have kids, your whole body and life changes so dramatically. All of a sudden who have the extra weight but no energy, time or motivation to do anything about it. It has absolutely nothing to do with laziness. I believe that when you become a Mom who just have more important priorities and you focus on your family first. Losing baby weight just doesn't seem important.
My old weight hovered around 138lbs. I’ve never been really, really skin but I was slim and comfortable about how I looked. Following the birth of my first child my weight was around 150lbs and I was a little concerned about it but thought I was too busy to really do anything about it. A couple of months after my third child was born my weight was over 170lbs and I knew I had to do something about my baby weight.
