It's been almost a year since I found out I was pregnant, I can't even believe it's been that long!
I had an extremely easy pregnancy/labor/time. My pregnancy was wholeheartedly uneventful and boring. I got pregnant on September 12, 2008 in a car at Dominos after hours in the parking lot, my son is a Dominos baby! &hearts
The 9 months flew by up until the last week, I worked up until the Sunday before I was scheduled to be induced, I was swollen, cranky, and hot, it was awesome.
I went into the hospital June 3rd at 12 AM to be induced, but my water ended up breaking around 6 AM before they started anything. That was the weirdest feeling in the world, I asked my SO if I had peed on myself, the immediately said no, I think I'd know if I pissed myself, so I called the Nurse and she checked me.
Fast forwarding: Braden Hendrix Lee Lyons was born June 3, 2009 at 2:50 PM weighing in at 8 lbs 67 oz and 21 in long. That was a very special moment for me until my Doctor started stitching me up, by the last push though my epidural had already worn off so I was feeling everything at that point..the stitching was god awful and I asked him if he could stop. He said no of course because I was bleeding and asked them to give me some lidocain, it took those women forever.
After that I held my boy for the first time I went to sleep not much longer after that and missed all the visitors, I was pretty damn exhausted to sleep through all of that.. my SO might've kicked everyone out, but I have no idea.


I got to quit my horrid job!! Yay.

OK now about me and not my kid's birth.
'm a full time mommy and a student.. I start school Monday to become a Dental Assistant, 24 months of school..not to bad really, but I'm not looking forward to all of it. I can't quit my job because two weeks before I got pregnant I bought a car! Now, isn't that some awesome luck? I love my car, except it's a two-door..that's a trial.
I work as a Cashier at Buffalo Wild Wings and I absolutely despise my job and my Manager. I would so love to quit at the worst time possible and make her have to fill in for me, it's a new found dream I have. I work Friday- Sunday and goto school Monday thru Thursday. My life is busybusy, but I'm OK with that. I have a wonderful family and it's all good.
