Jessica Lynn, I'm 19 years old. My birthday is on June 13th. I'm not in school anymore, and never graduated. But my boyfriend and I have gone and taken our GED's. I failed by 2 questions so I have to retake the second part of the test I don't have a job because by the time any places were hiring, I was already showing. So it's harder to find a job right now.
William Jacob, He's 19 turning 20 on December 28th. He never graduated either, but he passed his GED with flying colors. He has a job, but it's not the greatest; McDonalds... he had a better job before, but he got layed off sadly. He just started working two jobs; McDonalds and Quiznos.
October 18, 2008 was the day we first met. I came home from the hospital because I had a really bad kidney infection. We talked, and hugged eachother goodbye because I had to stay at my moms. My bestfriend who I was living with gave him my number, and than we talked all night longgg :] The next day [October 19th] he came back over to my friends house after I came home. We hung out, talked, and started dating; he also stayed the night with me. The next few days we talked and I told him I've seen him from somewhere but I just couldn't figure it out. Than he said ' It's because I'm the one you've seen in your dreams. ' That was the cutest thing anyone has ever said to me, but it was true. We haven't been away from eachother since.
October 25, 2008; I had a dream that someone at my bestfriend's house told me that I was pregnant and I was going to have a boy. I woke up scared and looked around, no one was there. So I texted Will and told him, than he told me he accidently, ya know.. lol. I was like, that's okay it was an accident. Than a fewweeks later I had to move out of my bestfriend's house, so I moved in with Will. Than we did everything together, and went everywhere together; we were unseperable.
November 18, 2008; I got my period finally after being almost 3 weeks late, it only lasted 3 days, which was very unusual. So a few weeks later I took a test, Negative. So we called my mom and asked her what we should do.. she didn't say much besides take a bunch of tests. So a couple weeks later we took another test, Negative.
December 18, 2008; We went to planned parenthood and had them give us a test. I filled out a bunch of paper work that was asking me all of my symptoms I may have, all but morning sickness. The lady called me back to pee in a cup. Than I went in her office area and waited for her to come back. Like 5 minutes later, she comes in the room quietly and shuts the door behind her, and just as she's sitting down she says ' It's positive! You're pregnant. ' I was very suprised, and asked her if she was serious and bluntly she said yes. And than she gave me a bunch of paper work to help me get medicaid and other help. I walked outside with this envelope full of papers and get in the car where Will was waiting, and he looks at me and says with a smile on hisface' You're pregnant ' He knew it because I had the envelope, because a few weeks before we went we took his cousin who had the same envelope and we knew she was pregnant before she told us.
Sometime in January; We got put on medicaid and the pregnancy was confirmed once more.
Febuary 3, 2009; First OB appointment. Did blood test for HIV and blood type, did STD tests, and tried listening to the heartbeat, but they couldn't hear it and they couldn't tell how far along I was. So they scheduled another appointment for Thursday.
Febuary 5, 2009; Ultrasound appointment. Couldn't see the baby with the belly thing, so they used this probe thing with a condom on it and put in my vag, than they could see the baby. I was 10 wks and 5 days.
March 4 2009; Second OB appointment. Had to do this weird test to look at abnormal cells. Everything was fine. Tried to get a blood test done for down syndrome, because Will wanted it done, but couldn't that day.

April 3, 2009; Unltrasound appointment to see if it's a boy or a girl, and to measure everything. The lady measured the head, arms, tummy, and legs. As soon as she measured the legs I could see a peepee :] But she kept measuring things. And than that part was over and she was just gonna have us leave and go to the midwife, but Will asked her if she could tell us if it was a boy or girl. She quickly said ' I can't because the head is up and his butt is down. ' Right after she said that he put his but down, and there his lil peepee was. And the lady said ' Oh there it is; It's a boy! ' Than we went and saw the midwife for the results on our down syndrome test and everything else. Everything is good. She said his lungs, brain, arms, legs,tummy, and spineare all developed perfectly. Than we measured my belly, don't know how big it was. Than we asked her if we could get the cystic fibrosis test done. So she scheduled us an appointment for monday morning.
April 6, 2009; 9:00am, Cystic Fibrosis Test. Signed a paper telling me about the test, than she took a tube of blood and I was off.
April 16, 2009; [ 21 wks ] WIC appointment. Found out I've gained 16 POUNDS alreadyyyy. [ weight before pregnancy; 128 lbs ]
May 1, 2009; [ 23 wks ] Checked weight and blood pressure, 147 lbs; 100/58, veryyy good. Weight gain is more than usual pregnant woman but a good weight gain. Cystic Fibrosis test is negative; not a carrier. Down syndrome test is negative. Some other test is negative. He's a healthy baby Measured my belly; 24 wks. Listened to his heartbeat; 147 bpm.
May 28, 2009; [ 27 wks ] Passed my glucose test, urine is negative, weight; 151 lbs, blood pressure; 100/58, my belly measured in between 27 and 28 inches, listened to his heartbeat; 160 bpm; and while the midwife was listening to his heartbeat he decided to be a smart allelic and kick the monitor.
June 12, 2009; Had my blood pressure done, 112/68; weight, 157 lbs; belly measured at 30 inches. Listened to his heartbeat, 150s bpm [ the midwife didn't tell me exactly what it was; don't really like this midwife ]
June 26, 2009; [ 31 weeks ] Blood pressure; 117/78, and weight, 162 lbs! [ gained 34 freakin pounds alreadyy ] Had to see one of the doctors because it's standard procedure I guess. Didn't like her one bit because she didn't tell me anything and didn't really answer any of my questions.
July 10, 2009; [ 33 weeks ] Blood pressure; 110/68, weight; 166.8 lbs, belly measured on track like usual, heart beat was great, found out I'm probably going to be gaining a total of 40 something pounds; low 40's anyways. Got an ultrasound scheduled to see how he's positioned and to check his weight
July 23, 2009; [ 35 weeks ] Blood pressure 110/68. weight 170 lbs, belly measured on track like always, his heart beat was 134 bpm. The ultrasound determined that he's head down and his back is on my right side. He weighs 5lbs 5oz alreadyy Got the strep b test done.
July 29, 2009; [ 36 weeks ] Blood pressure 112/78 I think.. the lady didn't know what she was doing. weight 169.8 lbs, belly measured right on track, and his heart beat was great and very strong.
August 6, 2009; [37 weeks ] Blood pressure 112/68, weight 176.2 lbs; I gained alot in a week because of how much my feet are swelling. Belly is about 36 in because he's head down and his head is almost locked into my pelvis, his heart beat is 145 bpm, I'm 1 cm dilated It's almost time.
August 14, 2009; [ 38 weeks ] Blood pressure 98/64 I think... weight; 176.4; heart beat is in 140s; and I'm now 2 cm [ membranes were stripped ].
August 21, 2009; [ 39 weeks ] Blood pressure is fine, weight; 180 lbs [ gained a total of 50 lbs ] Heart beat is great. 1-2 cm dilated; and 80% effaced
August 26, 2009; [ 40 weeks ] Blood pressure and weight is fine. Heart beat is great. Still 1-2 cm dilated and 80% effaced.
September 1, 2009; Next appointment. [ stress test ]
September 3, 2009; I got induced at 7 am than had the pitocin around 9 am than by 4 pm or so I started getting really bad contractions, so they checked me and I was 5 cm so I went in the tub and was only in there for about 10 minutes and felt like I had to push so my boyfriend went and got the nurses and they got me out and I had a contraction and felt like pushing, so we had to rush back to the room, than we got back to the room and they checked me and I was 9 cm in less than 20 minutes. and than by 5:33 my little man was here. Only pushed for about an hour.
