I am Ashley (23) and I am married Nathan (22). We have been married almost three years, and together for eight years, so yes we are high school sweethearts. We are living in NC, cause my husband is a Marine. Once he got back from Iraq this past Dec we started trying again. We have done rounds clomid, and we did one IUI cycle before he left for his deployment. We did succeed but miscarried about a week after we found out. We are now expecting again. We found out April 5th, that we were expecting a baby in Dec.

1-4 Weeks - 1 Month - DONE!
5-8 Weeks - 2 Months -DONE!
9-13 Weeks - 3 Months -DONE!
2nd Trimester
14-17 Weeks - 4 Months -DONE!
18-21 Weeks - 5 Months - DONE!
22-26 Weeks - 6 Months - DONE!
3rd Trimester
27-30 Weeks - 7 Months - DONE!
31-35 Weeks - 8 Months - DONE!
36-40 Weeks - 9 Months- IN PROGRESS!
March 5th, 2009: LMP
March 7th, 2009: Started Clomid
March 13th, 2009: Gonal F Shot.
March 16th, 2009: Ultrasound to check follicles. 4 semi mature ones on left ovary.
March 17th, 2009: Ultrasound to check follicles, 3-4 15mm ones on left ovary.
March 18th, 2009: Ultrasound to check follicles, IUI canceled due to to many follicles.
March 19th-20th, 2009: Not suppose to BD but did anyways.
April 2nd, 2009: AF due.
April 5th, 2009: First positive test @ 4:30am. 16dpo
April 6th, 2009: Second positive test @ 11:00pm.
April 7th, 2009: Positive blood test, HCG 402
April 9th, 2009: Another positive blood test, HCG 771
April 15th, 2009: Received referral, Scheduled first midwife appt.
April 22nd, 2009: First midwife appt.
April 27th, 2009: Positive Blood Test, HCG 43, 943
May 5th, 2009: First ultrasound. Measuring 8w3d. Saw the heartbeat (17 , and baby moving.
May 20th, 2009: Second midwife appt. Talked about DS testing, and heard heartbeat.
June 4th, 2009; Down Syndrome Ultrasound. Results = Negative YAY!
June 16th, 2009: Third midwife appt. 150 bpm. Found out I have an abnormal placenta. Getting a second opinion.
June 26th, 2009: No one will allow me to get a second opinion unless I switch my care or go threw my midwife. Called midwife to request second opinion, she basically told me NO, and that everything is fine.
July 13th, 2009: BIG ultrasound. Found out we are expecting a little girl. Also that she may have VSD (hole in her heart). Measuring on track.
July 14th, 2009: Fourth Midwife appt. Talked about VSD, and was told I need to schedule another ultrasound to further look at the heart. Also did the rest of the blood work for abnormalities.
August 3rd, 2009: Had an ultrasound to check out the hole in her heart. NO HOLE!! YAY!! They will check for murmurs when she is born.
August 11th, 2009: Fifth Midwife Appt: Confirmed no hole in her heart, also no abnormalities. Blood work negative. Discussed flying home and the rash I had. Discussed birthing and breastfeeding classes. Also next appt Glucose testing.
Sept 8th, 2009: Sixth Midwife Appt: Told my Midwife that were moving, did the glucose test, and blood work for RH.
Sept 10th, 2009: Daddy's Birthday and also 3D/4D Ultrasound!! Saw our baby girl, she was lazy and just snuggled the whole time. Measuring a couple days early, and 2lbs 13oz.
Sept 16th, 2009: RH shot, I was so scared. Almost cried. No gestational diabetes, did find out I am anemic. Have to take Iron pills.
Sept. 21st, 2009: Labor and Delivery Visit. I hadnt felt her move in a day and half, once they set me up on the monitor she went crazy. I think she likes to hear herself.
Sept 29th, 2009: Seventh Midwife Appt. Normal stuff, checked HB, and measured a week ahead. She felt her head down. She printed out all of my records for my new DR in NC.
Oct 2nd to 4th, 2009: Moving cross country. CA to NC
Oct 7th, 2009:Saw my new family Dr and received a referral.
Oct 15th, 2009: Eighth Appt. Met my new OBGYN, measured on track, heard the heartbeat, and did blood work.
Oct 30th, 2009: Ninth Appt: She measured on track, she was 5lbs 7oz.
Nov 13th, 2009: Tenth Appt: Everything went fine, measured on track, heart beat 137-142, did strep b test, and dilated 2 cm. YAY
Nov 18th, 2009: Eleventh Appt: She weighs 6lbs 7oz. Also found out I have Group B Strep, yay for IV/antibiotics.
