Hi! My name is Rosanne and I have been married to my wonderful husband, Jonathan, for 4 years. We have a lovely 3 year old daughter named Robin Isabella and we just added on to our little family on September 29th, with the birth of our son, Jason Donovan. He was born a day before his due date and he weighed 9lbs 1oz! No one was expecting him to weigh that much, not even my doctor and certainly not me. I'm glad I didn't know before pushing him out that he'd be that large. Robin was only 7lbs 2oz so I was expecting another baby that size or a tiny bit bigger. Thankfully everything went well despite his size, mostly due to my hips, which my doctor says are "great birthing hips." I don't know whether to be offended by that or feel complimented!
This site has taught me a few things in the short time I have been here:
1) Even when I feel like no one understands me there are hundreds of women out there going through the exact same thing as me. This has been a great place to meet those ladies and hear their stories and be encouraged by their strength!
2) It's easy to be a bitch online but more rewarding to be understanding and gracious to everyone.
3) Everyone here thinks
their baby is the cutest and smartest baby, and I'm no exception!
4) This site is very addicting and I have been known to browse this site and type comments with one hand while breastfeeding in the other and I know I'm not the only momma who does this!
