My names Leigh-Anne and i found out i was pregnant with our first baby back in Jan, The pregnancy was eventful, having to go into hospital a few times with bleeding etc and one time for stomach pains - each time i was fine thank god. Went to the doctors last thursday 24th Sept for more bleeding and thought it could possibly be labour, went in it wasnt, but luckily my doctor was back off his checkups of the other hospitals on other islands so he saw me off schedule, he did his usual check ups and he was babbling in greek to the nurse, then he did a scan and told us to come into the other room to "talk".
The first word i picked up on was kesariaki, which is greek for c-section. So my husband turns to me and tells me the doc has said it is impossible for me to give birth naturally and there is no alternative. I went in the next day and here he is!

Saturday 14th Feb: Slight pink tinge when urinating in the morning - nothing for the rest of the day.
Sunday 15th Feb: Lot more pink showing, rang the hospital and got put on progersterone tablets.
Wed 18th Feb: Appointment at hospital to see 2nd doc. Had scan done, heartbeat strong and babys grew 40 mm in 5 days. All ok!
Friday 21st Feb: Stomach and boob have blow up in size!
March 8th: Bellys started to grow!
April 15th: Doc appointment, nasty horrible UTI - Antibiotics
April 21st: Found out the sex of the baby - we got us a little boy in there!
Sept 24th: Was told couldn't give birth naturally booked in for c-section.
Sept 25th: 12:40pm Antonis Mixalis Patsais is born!
