Hya. I'm Lauren from Liverpool England. I'm 18 and mine and John's baby is due 11th September 2009. Really really can't wait tehehe.

About Your Pregnancy

Is this your first pregnancy?:No #2
When did you find out you were pregnant?: Around January 4th I think.
Was it planned?: Nope but wouldn't have it any other way.
What was your first reaction?:I couldn't breathe n fell to the bathroom floor. John went out n bought his first packet of ciggies in like 3 years lol.
Who was with you when you found out?: I was on my own but John was in the flat with me =]]
Who was the first person you told?: John (the daddykins) then he told Craig (the god daddy)
How did your parents react?:shocked but over the moon within days =DD
How far along are you?:23 weeks and 5 days (24 weeks friday 22nd may 09)
What was your first symptom?: I didn't really have any to be honest. I missed my Aunt flo but I had the month before too I'm often irregular. We dint really think anythink of it. But intuition told me to make sure so I took a test to prove to myself n John that I wasn't pregnant and found out I was aha.
What is your due date?:September 11th 09
Do you know the sex of the baby?: Yep. Atleast we hope they are right lol.
If so, what is it?:a little princess =]]
Have you picked out names?: Aye
If so, what are they?: Alyssa Jayne. Although knowing me that'll change aha.
How much weight have you gained?: I lost alot to start with. So went from 8 stone down to about 7 stone 4. No I'm just over 9 stone lol.
Do you have stretch marks?: A few but I'm prone to them. There more on my upper half so if anyone has any tips I'd love to know lol.
Have you felt the baby move?: I have and I've gotta say it's the most beautiful weird feeling. But it gets me panicky now when I don't feel her for a while.lol.
Have you heard the heartbeat?:Quite a few times. I'm a worrier so the hospitals getting sick of hearing from me aha.

About the birth

Will you keep the baby?: DEFINETLY
Home or hospital birth?:Un decided to be honest. Looking into water births at the Midwife Led Centre.
Natural or medicated birth?: Natural hopefully.
Who will be in the delivery room with you?: John =DD and Craigy up until pushing of course then just me n John =DD.
Will you breastfeed?: Unsure. I will be whilst in hozzie but hoping to pump and bottle feed. If any one has any stories on this I'd love to hear =]].
Do you think you'll need a c-section?:I really really hope not =/
Will you cry when you hold the baby for the first time?: More than likely. Although I won't notice anything other than her I'm sure.
What's the first thing you might say to him/her?:I honestly think I'll be speechless for a long while. Then I'll probably tell her and her daddy just how much I love them both.
Would you let someone videotape the birth?:I don't think so tbh.
Are you excited about the birth, or scared? I'm both lol. right now I'm petrified but I don't really care aslong as she comes out happy and healthy. I just wanna meet my little girlie. xxxx
