So, here's a little bit about our TTC story!
Started taking prenatal vitamins early March
Stopped smoking March 9th
Haven't ever used Birth control pills....they make me CRAZY!!!
Used the old pull-out method for the past 3 1/2 years w/ DH

First month somewhat TTC...not really trying, just not doing anything to prevent

O'd-March 17-March 19....not sure the exact date...but it felt like around the 18th. I had
some cramps late at night on the 17th and into the early part of the 18th. They were sharp crampy pains in my left side...around where my ovary is.
Since I work in a lab...I can test everyday...which is also a bad thing!!! Because I can't help myself...and I tested every day!!! So I got ALOT of BFNs!!!
March 17th- Showed Saliva Ferning and EWCM
March 18th-Showed Saliva Ferning and EWCM
March 19th-Showed Saliva Ferning and EWCM-Did BD w/ DH as soon as he got home!!! He travels...so only home 3 days a week argh!!!
March 20th-Showed Saliva Ferning...dry CM
Weekend....
March 23rd-Showed Saliva Ferning....BFN w/ quantitative urine test
March 24th-Showed Saliva Ferning...BFN w/ quantitative urine test
March 25th-Showed Saliva Ferning...BFN w/ quantitative Serum (blood) test. Scheduled to have surgery in AM but wondered whether I should go through with it. Called my DHs sister...she's an OB/GYN to ask what she thought. She said go ahead with the surgery...because she didn't think I was preggo with a negative serum test
at 8 DPO
March 26th-Did a home pregnancy test. Had surgery at noon to remove the tumor under my ear. (Pleomorhic adenoma of the parotid salivary gland) Back home with a funky drain in my head by 6pm.
March 27th-went to dr to get the drain removed. Been doped up on pain meds since yesterday...feel weird like I'm in a dream. I was laying in bed and SWORE I felt some implantation cramping...right in the dead center of my uterus. Maybe I'm just crazy from the meds...decide to test again in the AM.
March 28th-Used First Response Home pregnancy test w/ FMU just to see...didn't really expect anything...and guess what... BFP!!!! OMG!!! Call DH...call mom....nobody can believe it!! It's our first month TTC...and not really "trying" just the first time we BD without using the old pull-out method that's worked for us for the past 3 1/2 years!!!
YAY!! OMG!!! What about the surgery....did it hurt anything....is the baby going to be okay!!! Stressed!!! Called the DHs sister again...she said I should be fine! Whew!!! Okay...stop taking pain pills...argh...the agony!! But so worth it if I get a little tiny baby!!
March 29th-BOOBS HURT!!!! I guess the pain pills I had been taking had kept some of the booby pains away too....once I stopped taking them...OUCH!!! So something totally creepy happened today too! I looked in the mirror...and my nipples were hard because I was cold. And my nipples were pointing different direction!!! WHAT??? Is that...OH NOOOOO!!! My boobies have always pointed the same direction...and have always been the same size. I was freaking out! One was WAY bigger than the other one!!! Is this what pregnancy does....bleh!
March 30th-Woke up today...and weird weird weird!!! My boobs are back to being the same size again...they are both HUGE!!! I went from a 34C to a 34D in a day!!! Thank goodness I've been using the lotion like a mad woman every night!!! I am all veiny and feel soooo bloated. Also a little "clogged up" ewwww!!! I wish I could Poo!!! Called and talked with my new OB/GYN to ask if it was okay to take some meds for the pain from the surgery...she said yes...Yippee!!! Made my first appointment w/ her for the 16th of April....why does it feel like it's soooo far away!!!
March 31st-Did another home pregnancy test...got another BFP...darker this time!! YAY!!! Got DH to take some pics of my tummi since I'm 4 weeks today!!!
April 1st-No real pregnancy symptoms except the boobs hurting
April 2nd-Not much today...just hung out with DH...really nice to be able to nap...really sleepy all day!
April 3rd-Got stiches removed today...feels a little better. Dreading having to go back to work Monday...bleh! Wasn't as sleepy today...but the damn boobies HURT!!!
April 4th-Feel super lucky that I haven't had any morning sickness!!! YAY!!!
April 5th-Have to go back to work tomorrow....MEH!!! Don't wanna!!!
April 6th-First day back at work...I'm sooooo sleepy I could pass out! Boobies are a little better today...not feeling as sore.
April 7th-Did my first Quant HCG at work today. 4,266 (21 DPO, 36 LMP)
April 8th-Nothing too exciting...hungee!!!
April 9th-Boobs Sore and noticed some spotting...called OB...said everything was OK.
April 10th-Another Quant HCG 13,296 (24 DPO, 39 LMP) Still spotting
April 11th-Slept pretty much all day and night. Still spotting
April 12th-Another lazy day at home. Still spotting
April 13th-Another Quant HCG 28,149 (27 DPO, 42 LMP)Still spotting and woke up with cramping  
April 14th-Can't wait till tomorrow for my OB Appointment!!! Spotting STOPPED!!! YAY

It's 4,326 sq feet. With 3 living areas, 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, a media room and a study!! I love my DH!!!
