My name is Jackie, My son Aiden Michael was born May 17th, 2008, at 10:10 am,weighing in a 6 pounds, 11.9 ounces, 20 inches long.
My husband Phil and I are so excited and happy to be parents and are enjoying EVERY single day with our son. We've been married a little over a year, and couldn't be happier to have married my best friend...We are Organic Vegans, we do the raw thing now and again when the mood hits us.
We are anti-vaccinating, we refuse to give him pharmaceutical drugs, we're not circumcising him, most of his toys thus far are organic cotton things, or non treated wood things.. We co-sleep and plan to continue till he gets to the point where we feel he needs his own bed, which will still be in our room. He can have his own room when he's 2 LOL
We're serious about attachment parenting, I don't think its right to have a kid, to just dump them off at a daycare.
I'm pseudo hippie/goth/rocker, a fan of facial piercings, rainbow hair, and badass tattoo's.
I'm mildly addicted to getting piercings, right now, I've only got 7, it used to be more, but I had to remove a few when I gave birth, and they closed up.. I was pissed needless to say lol.
I'm very easy going, I don't push my ways of life onto anyone, as long as you're happy with your life, who am I to tell you you're doing it wrong?
I AM very sarcastic though, I don't mean to sound like such an ass at times... well.. really, there are times I am an ass lol..

My name's Kate...Just thought you were pretty interesting...And we have a bit in common...I'm not all organic, but mostly...I'm a baby wearer...Not a steady co-sleeper, but when my Anni doesn't want to snooze she sleeps w.mommy :-)

I've been trying to compare notes with other parents who use natural products...For instance, I use Seventh Generation products...It seems to be best so far...Any thoughts on the subject??

What kind of music are you into?? Do you go to festies and whatnot?? I'm more or less a Deadhead, but I do listen to other music...It all depends on my mood...
