Hey! My name is Carmen. I am 24, and my husband Michael and I have a gorgeousss baby girl! Aven Marie Bianchi--we had her on October 29, 2009. She was 8 pounds and 1 once! 20.5 inches long! She always wakes up with a smile on her face, and can brighten anyones day. Our little pumpkin has 11 teeth, and barley any hair (STILL) but she's the most beautiful little lady around! It's impossible to believe that a year has came and gone since we have had her, and now she is running all around the house. Many people have told us not to wish for her to walk or grow because things will only get harder, but honestly, it has been a blast and I love chasing her all over the place. It's so much fun to see her personality develop and the little silly things she does. For some reason, people seem to think that if you have a child young, that life is over and you are throwing away your youth.. but personally, life is pretty much the exact same but we just have a added bonus--Aven Marie! <3 She's something you look forward to everyday..and yes there will be difficult times, but I wouldn't change one thing! Life just seems so fulfilling now. You do have to cut out going out as much, but you learn what the important things are in life, and find new fun things to do!
She is our world, and we can not wait to watch our little princess grow.
My husband and I are incredibly close.. and our daughter has brought us even closer together. He is amazing, and accepts me for exactly who I am, and I love that about him. He was by my side my entire pregnancy, and he wouldn't let me do anything for myself (which was pretty nice I must admit ;) ) It's awesome being married to my best friend. He was in the military, but he got out as soon as he could to be with me and the baby. He works close to home now and is a manager at his job. As for me, I was previously a Flight Attendant for American Airlines. Traveling is a passion of mine, and something I will never give up. I can't wait to show Aven the world! Aviation has just always been something that has sparked my interest, and I find it very fascinating. My other passion is dance. I have been a dancer for 18 years. I danced for a local Dance Program close to my parents house, then when I turned 18, I was accepted on The Walt Disney World Dance Team Program. Through all of my dancing I had to travel back and fourth from Pittsburgh, PA to Florida, which was when I also realized how much I love Aviation, which was an added bonus. After we had found out I was pregnant, I transfered to be a Gate Agent for the Airlines so I could switch my base from Forth Worth, TX, to Pittsburgh, PA. And now I teach Grades K-12 dance, at the local Dance Program where I grew up. Life overall is pretty amazing, and I am so lucky to have Michael and Aven!
