I'm Emily! I'm 21 years old and am loving my first pregnancy! I'm engaged to Chris (23), a physical therapist assistant. We have a little house in small town Oklahoma and it's finally becoming a home for our family! Our eHarmony love story began on July 20, 2008. We moved in together on January 1, 2009 and he popped the question on March 16, 2009. We didn't know it that day, but we'd just barely conceived our little miracle! We laughed because I thought I was starting my period March 15th,now I think that was implantion bleeding.

April 18: BFP!
April 19: Just HAD to take another... BFP!

April 30: First OB appt and ultrasound. 7 weeks preggers! EDD: December 17

May 10: (Mother's Day) Told the families!! Happy Mother's Day, Grandma!

May 28: 2nd OB appt. Heard tater tot's heart beat!!! My blood presure was a little high, doc requested I come back in 2 weeks to have it checked again.

June 11: Dropped by clinic to get BP taken. Still high. Put on low sodium diet.

June 24: 3rd OB appt. BP was still high. Doctor prescribed medication to help keep it down. Had U/S. Tried to peek between legs, but baby was curled up in a ball!

July 1: Officially decided on names. Christopher Howard (Topher) or Adeline Claire (Addie)

July 22: 4th OB appt. BP was GOOD!!! Medication is doing it's job. Heard tater tot's heartbeat on doppler. Everything A-OK!

July 30: 20 week u/s!! All organs look good, but couldn't get picture of the heart, they'll try again at my next appt. Baby weight approx: 13 oz. heart rate was 149 bpm. We found out... IT'S A GIRL!!! Addie was snoozing away. Had to poke and prod to get her to move. Saw her sucking her thumb and rolling around! ^_^

August 19: 5th OB appt. 23 weeks. Saw a different doc. It's policy in my clinic to meet all the docs at least once, b/c they could be delivering your baby. Liked him a lot better than my regular OB! There are two more female doctors to meet... wonder how that will go. Will have another u/s at next appt to get good picture of her heart. ^_^

September 16: 6th OB appt. 27 weeks. Everything is perfect!!

Tried 3 times for a 4d ultrasound, but Addie wouldn't cooperate! Didn't get a single picture!!

October 7: 7th OB appt. 30 weeks. Everything's perfect!

October 21st: 8th OB appt. 32 weeks.

Hey! My son is doing well for being about 6 weeks premature! Thank goodness I had steroid shots at 32 weeks. Just wish my body would of held him in longer.
