I am 22 weeks pregnant and just found out that I will be having a little girl. This is my first child and can not wait to meet her.

About Your Pregnancy
Is this your first pregnancy?:
Yes
When did you find out you were pregnant?:
April 17th, 2009. I went to the hospital for severe medication reaction causing seizours and the Dr. told me I was about 6 wks
Was it planned?:
No way
What was your first reaction?:
SHOCKED and scared to death
Who was with you when you found out?
My mother, the drs told her first because I was non responsive
Who was the first person you told?:
My BF
How did your parents react?:
My mother was not happy by any means, my father was shocked as hell, but was excited to be a Grandfather
How far along are you?
22 weeks and 3 days today
What was your first symptom?:
I didnt know it at the time, but I became severly depressed for 4 days for no reason.That was it. When I went to the ER I was dry heaving, but that was all, no morning sickness at all
What is your due date?:
December 10th
Do you know the sex of the baby?:
GIRL
Have you picked out names?:
Yes!
If so, what are they?:
Eveyln Renee
How much weight have you gained?:
19lbs as of yesterday
Do you have stretch marks?:
Yes
Have you felt the baby move?
Yes! I felt her move at just 14 weeks
Have you heard the heartbeat?:
Yes at 16 weeks!
Home or hospital birth?:
Hospital
Natural or medicated birth?:
Having a C-Section so medicated
Who will be in the delivery room with you?:
My father, Aunt and BF
Will you breastfeed?:
I plan on it if I can
Do you think you'll need a c-section?
I do need one, there is no other choice. She has a Placenta that raps all the way around her. If I would have her naturally, I have a very good chance of bleeding out in minutes
Will you cry when you hold the baby for the first time?:
Yes I know I will, she is my miracle baby
What's the first thing you might say to him/her?
Finally your here in my arms when I thought I would never get to see you
Would you let someone videotape the birth?:
Sure why not
Are you excited about the birth, or scared?:
Nervous/scared
