alllast visit: 3 hrs agomember since: Oct 16th 2007about me:
I'll be the tattooed mom @ the PTA meeting in 6 years!
Quick synopsis of who I am:
I was a Navy Brat... I lived in Cuba and the Philippenes until moving back to the states in 1989.
My mom and dad bought a farm and decided to raise exotic animals. I grew up raising and caring for and training everything from alpacas and camels to ostrtich, wallabies, sugar gliders and lots more...I was very lucky to have had that oppertunity.
I'm a 4th generation dog handler. My parents have bred and shown cairn terriers for about 40 years. My grandmothers, aunts, uncles... everyone shows dogs. I have a border collie who is the love of my life. I don't show him though he has some ribbons. He's just my furkid now.
My husband and I have a house full of rescue animals. Including my border collie but no one ever thinks of him as a rescue, even though he was.
We have 2 cats Sushi and Sashimi
and We had 3 ferrets... Sadly we only have one old girl left   We loved ferret rescue though.
Miss Maple and Oreo are our 2 guinea pigs... they too were rescued.
My husband is a massage therapist with a film degree
I am an over educated hairdresser... I studied micro biology at MSU, but in the end I didn't want to use it.
I was a professional body piercer all through college and before I became a hairdresser.
So that about sums me up.

Due to the high request of my myspace, here is my business space   You can see me and what I'm about these days   http://www.myspace.com/omgwhodoesyourhair

My name is Meredith. I found out that I was pregnant October 14th 2007. My husband Jason and I were caught completely off guard since I am a cancer survivor who was told that my treatments left my hormones so out of whack that concieving would be highly unlikely. SUPRISE! 6 pee sticks later, I had to admit that I was pregnant.
Now we are slowly but surely making it through all of the drama that comes with being pregnant, and very excited about having our first baby in June. Our families are both hoping for a girl, we're all pretty sure that it will be one, but we'll be happy to see a boy too.
