I totally sucked BAWLZ at trying to convert my weeks into months, then I figured out it's because you're technically pregnant for 10 lunar months  
Well, here's a chart, if you ever need help dolls :3

Your FIRST trimester:
First month = weeks 1-4 <3
Second month = weeks 5-8 <3
Third month = weeks 9-13 <3

Your SECOND trimester:
Fourth month = weeks 14-17 <3
Fifth month = weeks 18-21 <3
Sixth month = weeks 22-26 <3

Your THIRD trimester:
Seventh month = weeks 27-30 <3
Eighth month = weeks 31-35 IN PROGRESS
Ninth month = weeks 36-40
