I am 26 years old and pregnant with my first little one. I am so, so, so excited to be on this journey of motherhood and can't wait to see where it takes me.



I am married, work as an Administrative Assistant to the COO and CFO at my local hospital, and live in a charming small town in northern New Hampshire.

7:30 a.m.   I take a pregnancy test as a way to calm my husband down and show him I'm                      not pregnant...It's positive!

10:00 a.m.  Positive test at  doctor's office

10:15 a.m.  Call husband at work to tell him the test is positive

2:00 p.m.  First ultrasound to confirm dating - we see the little yolk sac and the
                 heartbeat - 172 bpm!

3:30 p.m.   Sent Facebook message to grandparents to let them know about the baby.

6/5/09  First baby-doctor appointment - heard the heartbeat for the second time.
