My little cupcake made a grand entrance on June 22nd 2008, weighing 7lbs 3oz.
Since then she's grown into this absolutley incredible little girl. She is my world and I live for her! From the moment she stirs in the morning till that last smile at night and all the time inbetween I feel I am truly blessed.


Here's a few things about us:
We had quite a traumatic birth and Inara was eventually delivered by emergency c-section after 31 hours.
We chose to breastfeed but had to admit defeat & switch to bottlefeeding
We are pro-immunisation
She slept in a moses basket in our room for the first 5 months, then switched to a cot-bed.
We are pro soother.
We took her swimming for the first time at 10 weeks old.
We waited until she was 6 months old before introducing solids and we cook all her food (thank you Annabel Karmel!)
She moved into her own room at 7 1/2 months.
She cut her first tooth at 8 months.


Now 1 year old, Inara is such a busy baby and has be involved in everything whether its mummy doing the dishes or daddy washing the car - she's so inquisitive.

She loves mama, dada, bamba, jojo, books, in the night garden, mirrors, phones, remote controls, the swimming pool, little dogs, cuddly toys, bananas, peach yoghurt & peanut butter.


She is such a happy baby and continues to amaze me everyday. She is my shinning light. I know she's gonna do great things when she grows up - she makes me so proud to be her mum.
