My babies on Adriana's MAW trip to Disneyland
Supppoting childhood cancer awareness is very impotant to me. I like most parents thought nothing like this could happen to me, but I woke up one day to my little girl limping to not being able to walk with in 4 days. After two week of hell trying to find out why this happened we found out by and MRI that Adriana had a large tumor compressing her spine. We where flowen up to DCH in Portland and soon after found out our baby girl had stage iv Neuroblatoma... a cancer of the nervous system. I think it is very important for other's to know about childhood cancer because it may not happen to one of your kids but someone around you may go through this. There is little funding that goes to childhood cancer reserch and it's not fair that most money goes to fund adult cancer's when our children need to be givin a change at life too. They are our future!!! There are many ways you can get involved to help out......You can visit Cureserch.com and it gives lots of info on ways to help.
