Hello! My name is Jennifer!!! I was married May.24.2008 to the love of my life, Steven Robert. On May.15.2009, God blessed us with the greatest miracle, our son, Wesley Robert. I am currently working full-time at a local nursing home as a Certified Medication Aide. I am on a year waiting list for the LPN program. My husband is the assistant manager of a local ranch, a hunting guide for another ranch, and part owner/manager of yet another ranch. I may not have the perfect life, but I do have a wonderful husband, perfect son, and a God that I can cast all of my cares upon.

Breastfeeding - I am a huge advocate for breastfeeding. I can throw all sorts of statistics out, but I really don't need to, we all know that breastfeeding is best. Less than 5% of woman actually cannot breastfeed, there is no excuse for the rest of you!

Weaning - The AAP, WHO, and countless other sources/organizations recommend exclusively breastfeeding for the first six months at least, breast milk being the main source of nutrition for at least the first year, and continuing to breastfeed for at least another year.

Abortion - I believe that abortion, under any circumstances at all, is murder. Women should not be given the right to murder.

Cry it Out - There is physical abuse, and emotional abuse, and in my opinion, the cry it out method is emotional abuse. A baby needs more than just a clean diaper and fed. A baby needs love, comfort, and bonding.

Baby food - I make homemade baby food, and would definitely recommend it. Not only is it so much cheaper than store bought baby food, but it's so much healthier!

Vaccinations - All vaccines pose risks, not only immediate (allergic reactions), but who knows what we will find out they are the cause of 30 years from now. I am against the flu vaccines and the varicella (chickenpox) vaccine because the flu and chickenpox are a lot less dangerous than the vaccines, but I believe that with the rest of the vaccines, it's better to take your chances with the vaccines than the illnesses.

Politics - I am a conservative republican. I am very pro-life/anti-choice. I am against socialistic health care and believe that it will only make our system even more screwed. I support our troops, although I no longer support this war.

Religion - I love the Lord my God with all my heart, all my soul, and with all of my mind.
