SHES MY WORLD!

Birth STORY:
So i had a regular doctors appt the morning of August 24th 2010. I woke up that morning having cramps and what not so i told the doc and she checked me i was almost 2 cms. So she asked me before i was getting ready to leave if i wanted to be induced and at that point i said yes i was 38 weeks and 2 days btw. Anyways she got on the phone and scheduled me for the next morning at 7am. Boy that was a surprise i thought. Okay so i go home and try to relax that evening but i started having harsh contractions that whole night i didn't get a wink of sleep, then to top it off i knew i was in labor because i was losing chunks of my mucus plug and bleeding a little bit. It's funny that i go into labor the day before my induction..ha anyways I waited it out that whole night til 7am when i was suppose to arrive at the hospital, I checked in and all that and finally got hooked up to some ivs. The nurse came in to check me and i was 8 cms by then. WOW she was like girl do you want that epi now. I caved in and said yes i really wanted to go without it which i should have since i had it all the way to 8cm with no pain meds. I really think the epi slows things down too. But i waited there all morning and afternoon i was finally a 9 by 3pm. Soon enough at 4:00 i started feeling lots of pressure down there and a little cramping in my right side. She checked me and I was ready to push. I pushed for 28 mins and My babygirl arrived at 4:28pm looking as beautiful as i imagined. I would experience this feeling a million times if i could, she is truly a gift from god an I wouldn't change being a mommy for the world.

that's good your gettin child support i'm so glad me and phil are going strong. we're going to make it work as long as we can cuz we both grew up in broken homes. ya i'm so nervous about having them so close but at least they'll be close and friends lol.
