Hey, I'm Ashley!!
UNDERCONSTRUTION.
I'm 23 yrs old. I am a graduate of Remington College, with a Medical Assisting degree.I grew up in La Porte Tx and graduated from La Porte high school in 2007. During my junoir year of high school I met my husband Joey at church. We got together after being friends from sometime. We were together for 1 yr when he asked me to marry him in Mountain City Tenn. on July 4th under fireworks. I still remember all of it to this day. We planned the wedding and got married on our second anniversary, June 27, 2008. We had been married 6 months when we found out I was pregnant with our first child. We had an idea that I might have been pregnant but all of the tests that I took continued to come out negative. On December 18th I went to the dr. took a urine pregnancy test and a blood pregnancy test. The urine test came back negative like they all had so we conituned to believe that I was not pregnant and figured that the blood test would come back negative as well. The next day , the 19th, I get a phone call early in the morning from the drs office informing me that my blood tests results had come back. They told me that I was pregnant, and I cried. Worried Joey asked what was wrong and all I could say was "You're going to be a daddy". We cried together.
The whole time I was pregnant I had a pretty easy pregnancy. That is after the 1st trimester because I had morning sickness like nobodys business. Once that was over it was pretty easy. She was due on August 31, 2009 but she was stubborn like her daddy and refused to come out. So I was induced on September 3, 2009 at 5am in the morning. I was in labor until 3:20pm and only pushed for 45 minutes. She was born at 4:05pm 7lbs 8 oz, 19.5 in long. She was fine and had no difficulties, but I on the other hand began to have complications. I started to hemmorage and lost some blood. I stayed in the hospital for 2 days and we went home Septmeber 5. All I can say is that I'm very lucky and happy to have my baby girl Dallas and would do it all over in a heart beat. I cannot believe that she is already 3! <3
August 9, 2011 we had the joy of bringing our lil boy into the world. He weighed 8lbs 8oz and was 19 in long. I'm very lucky to have him because there were some complications which led to having a C- section, but he is a very healthy active lil boy. He has grown into a super entergetic lil boy with tons of energy. On top of all of that he has started walking!!
I am beyond blessed to have my two beautiful and healthy children. They are my entire life. I couldnt even imagine life without them.
