I am
the Katie Monster. I'm 25 years old, and I'm married to the love of my life, Jay. We were married on August 29, 2009. I was the one who proposed. I asked Jay to marry me with a 2 month old yellow sweetheart that I found under the seat of my car. He was seeing me off to work when I handed him the little "Marry Me?" heart. Bwahaha. Of course he said yes, because how could he resist a proposal like that? We're the biggest dorks you will ever meet, and we're so in love that it isn't even funny.
I found out that I was pregnant the day after our one year wedding anniversary. My husband and I couldn't have been more excited. On December 16th we found out that we were expecting a baby girl. Waiting 40 weeks for our little girl was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do! But.. she's finally here. On May 5, 2011 we welcomed little Aubrey Lane into the world. She was born at 9:18pm weighing 7lbs 2ozs, and was 19.75in long. Aubrey and her daddy are amazing. I feel like the luckiest woman alive!
