ABOUT ME:
Colon cancer survivor (diagnosed with Stage I in October 2005, surgery in November 2005, declared cancer free in August 2010.)


I fancy myself a bit of a writer, although I've yet to finish a story longer than 5 pages. I enjoy most musical genres, the exceptions being country, pop, and some rap. Favorite bands; Led Zeppelin, Tool, Rammstein, Faith No More, Mr. Bungle, I Mother Earth, The Tea Party, Stabbing Westward, Modest Mouse, and Bullet For My Valentine.

I am a baseball nerd, meaning that I'm very superstitious and obsessed with numbers. I like watching movies, but my wife doesn't care to sit for that long. So I've been labeled a third world country because it takes me 5 years to get the "latest" movies.

Favorite authors: George Orwell, Dan Simmons, Homer, Edgar Allen Poe, H. G. Wells, Robert Louis Stevenson, Carl Hiaasen, and Christopher Moore.
