My names Natasha, but you can call me Tasha.
I have a one year old daughter who is my pride & joy, and another little one on the way. I have been with my boyfriend for over 2 years now, we were best friends for years before we started dating. He's the father of both my children, and an amazing one at that.
I was 19 when I had Nevaeh, my first. & I will be 20 when I have my second.
Here's about my pregnancy with Nevaeh.
February 25th, 2011 - took a test & it was positive.
March 10th, 2011 - first appointment with my OB/GYN - heard the babys heartbeat for a second
March 29th, 2011 - first ultrasound at 12 weeks . Baby was moving & waving at us <3
April 5th, 2011 - second OB appointment - heartbeat could be heard really well !
May 3rd, 2011 - Third OB appointment, found out I'm RH negative.
May 16th, 2011 - second ultrasound, 18 weeks & 6 days <3 , couldn't determine the gender.
May 24th, 2011 - Officially 20 weeks pregnant, I'm half way there !
May 31st, 2011 - Fourth OB appointment, booked my hospital tour & RHOgam shot.
June 1st, 2011 - Boyfriend felt the baby kick for the first time.
June 7th, 2011 - went to the hospital for a bit of spotting, they don't know where the blood came from but I got a 100 cc of the RHOgam early in case.
June 8th, 2011 - mom & boyfriend saw & felt the baby kick, punch & roll
June 23, 2011 - Went & saw my OB, found out the baby's heart beat was 156, and music to my ears, OH and she/he kicked the doppler ! Fifth OB appointment.
June 28th, 2011 - 25 weeks pregnant, only 15 more to go !
July 5th, 2011 - At 1am I went back to the hospital for bleeding, second time in a month, and they did bloodwork. I had to stay in till 3pm that afternoon because they did an ultrasound & found out my cervix was to short & I am at risk for preterm labor. BUT during the ultrasound we realized the baby is almost 100% a little girl <3. I got a steroid shot at 6am.
July 6th - Back to the hospital to get the second dosage of the steroid shot.
July 14th, 2011 - me & Darrin made it to one year <3
July 18th, 2011 - Bloodwork to test for gestational diabetes & get my blood checked for the RHOgam shot.
July 19th, 2011 - Sixth OB appointment, got to hear the baby's heart beat, found out I gained 12 lbs so far with my pregnancy, got measured & found out I'm measuring small because the baby doesn't want to move to the right position (still side ways, not moving up & down) so I'll be getting another ultrasound if she/he doesn't move by my next appointment or the one after. Also my Dr kept me on limited activity.
July 20th, 2011 - Rhogam shot .
August 3rd, 2011 - Seventh OB appointment .. baby is still side ways ! Also , I lost weight again only one pound but still .. my N.P wants to do another ultrasound, but my OB sees no reason too, just yet.
August 17th, 2011 - Eighth OB appointment, babys still sideways lol, and they're all confused if the little one will be a girl or boy ! Everyone thought girl forever, now, its changed again ! I got myself a stubborn little one !
August 29th, 2011 - Hospital for cramping & not being able to keep food down for a week. Turns out I was contracting, and dehydrated ! I was put on IVs, had blood work, spent all day hooked up to the monitor, got an internal & an ultrasound. Found out my cervix has shortened to .6cm.
August 30th, 2011 - Ninth OB appointment. Got put on pretty much bed rest [only allowed to do VERY little movement!], found out the baby is measuring 33 weeks and 3 days [so only a little small ! ], did the Group B Strep test, and found out I now have to go for weekly appointments.
September 3rd, 2011 - My baby shower.
September 6th, 2011 - Back in the hospital for pains. Nothing serious this time ! Baby's okay. They did the monitoring, and an ultrasound ! We found out the baby's in position & can come any day she/he pleases to ! But , my Dr was on call and even said "this baby's been threatening to be delivered since 26 weeks, I think she/he is just playing tricks on everyone !" AND ITS SO TRUE!
September 7th, 2011 - Hospital prenatal class & tour
September 8th, 2011 - Tenth OB appointment. They found an irregular heartbeat, which they are concerned about. Echo cardiogram will be done tomorrow to check on it. They also got my results for GBS and it was negative !
September 9th, 2011 - Echo cardiogram on the baby's heart ! Everything went well, they found out the baby has extra beats coming from the bottom chamber, which is uncommon, but nothing serious, they don't think anyways. When she is born they will monitor her heart for 24 hours to make sure. Yes, they confirmed that she is indeed a SHE
September 12th, 2011 - My nineteenth birthday, I was 35 weeks and 6 days pregnant. I ended up in the hospital with contractions again, was stuck on IVs again over night ! Then we thought my water broke, thank God it didn't !
September 14th, 2011 - Mine and Darrin's 14 months And was my Eleventh OB appointment. Found out I gained 2cm in 2 days so this baby girls gotta be doing LOTS of growing in there !
September 21st, 2011 - Twelve OB appointment, found out I wasn't gaining weight & my Dr ordered an ultrasound .. sadly, I never got it done, since I got one at the hospital .
September 25th, 2011 - My dad's 50th birthday ! I was in the hospital all day / night, they were going to break my water, but I wasn't dilated. Dr on call did a sweep & I got sent home. Also had an ultrasound at the hospital, got to see my little princess move her toes around and try to block her little face !
September 27th, 2011 - Went to the hospital for a nonstress test, which lasted 5 hours since her heart is so weird and they're not used to it. But, everythings okay ! 38 weeks !
September 28th, 2011 - My brothers 18th birthday & my thirteenth OB appointment. My Dr told me next Monday I will be getting a sweep done, if I haven't delivered her by then! I'm so excited to finally hold my princess .
October 3rd, 2011 - My fourteenth OB appointment. All the nurses, my OB & NP were surprised to see me back and see that the little princess is still cooking! I got a stretch done, which wasn't as bad as I was expecting! Now, I hope it works .. if not, I'm back in my OBs office next week, and being hooked up to a monitor -.-. Oh, I love my princess, she's stubborn as her daddy lol.
October 11th, 2011 - My little princess was due, and she came ! At 5:10 pm on October 11th, 2011 she was in the world for her first time <3.

October 28th - Got my first BFP at 9pm.
October 29th - Used my first pee & got another BFP!
November 13th - Got it confirmed by my family Dr, ultrasound is booked for Nov 27th!
November 27th - First ultrasound <3 .. Got to see the Baby Move & see the heart beat <3 .. Due July 1st <3
December 3rd - First OB appointment, my NP told me my cervix is already short, thin & looks twisted .. I have an ultrasound booked for the 18th to check it all out.
