alllast visit: 14th Decmember since: Jun 14th 2011about me:
My name is Sam, I am a mother to a boy called Evan Tyler Williams born on Thanksgiving 2011 - daddy is proud as he is American.

Just found out that I am expecting number 2 (on Tuesday 16th October) after swearing never to see a midwife again. Due 25th June 2013.

Am very excited but nervous too - especially that something will go wrong after such a hard time previously. Stay strong bean!!!

About Your Pregnancy
Is this your first pregnancy?: No
When did you find out you were pregnant: October 17th 2012
Was it planned: Yes but didn’t expect it to happen this month
What was your first reaction: YAY!
Who was with you when you found out: I was on my own the first two tests and asked my son’s Godmother if she saw 2 lines (one was faint) and then did more tests with my husband after work.
Who was the first person you told: My husband by email to ask if he saw two lines on the first test.
How did your parents react: Haven’t told them yet – not sure they’d be too happy (even though I’m 25 and have my life together). I will when I am past 12 weeks (if I get there).
How far along are you when taking this survey: 5 weeks + 2 days
What was your first symptom: I had heartburn the day of ovulation for a few days and had gone off cheese and crisps (like before) but I had cramps like AF was on her way.
What is your due date: June 25th, 2013
Do you know the sex of the baby: No
If so, what is it: We’re hoping to keep it a surprise but doubt we will be able to.
Have you picked out names: Kind of.
If so, what are they: Jackson for a boy, not sure about a girl
How much weight have you gained: None yet but I’m just at the beginning.
Do you have stretch marks: Yes, from the previous pregnancy.
Have you felt the baby move: Not yet.
Have you heard the heartbeat: No but if all goes well I have booked a private scan for Monday 5th November 2012.
Sex of the baby!
What do u want: I don’t mind, just as long as they’re healthy.
What does the daddy want: Not sure, he keeps changing his mind.
What do u think u r having: I think this one will be another boy – I was right last time so we’ll see.
Have you had your 20 week ultrasound yet: No
If so, what are you having: NA
Are you happy with what you are having: A baby!
About the birth
Will you keep the baby: Of course
Home or hospital birth: Hospital birth
Natural or medicated birth: I'm hoping on natural but wouldn't say no to pain relief if needed (I managed over 24 hours last time until I needed help, hoping to have better care this time and no pain relief).
Who will be in the delivery room with you: My husband
Will you breastfeed: I’ll try but they didn’t work so well last time so maybe I’ll pump again.
Do you think you'll need a c-section: I hope not.
Will you cry when you hold the baby for the first time: Last time I was too shell-shocked to cry straight away but I probably will this time.
What's the first thing you might say to him/her: If it’s like before it’ll be “Hello! Aww you’re so little. I love you!”
Would you let someone videotape the birth: I would like to see what I’m like during labour (I’m told hilarious but it didn’t feel that way).
Are you excited about the birth, or scared: I am excited but very anxious after the problems I had last time.
OTHER RANDOM QUESTIONS !!
Where was your baby conceived: Our marital bed ;) lol
Have you felt the baby move: No
What race will your baby have? From you and daddy: White - British (with other mixes from me) and American.
What is the baby's room theme: Depends on the sex. Our son has stars so we’ll see….
What was the first thing you bought for the baby: Nothing yet and will hold off as long as possible.
Are you ready to be a mommy: I’m already a mother so yes, I am ready again!

Very hectic pregnancy and labour was no better as I was induced and the level of care was atrocious BUT the birth itself wasn't too bad. Daddy chose the first name, my nephew chose the middle name and I did all the hard work   I would have liked more children but the pregnancy was so hectic I'm not so sure lol. I must say that all of the hard work was worth it - I love him so much! Sad that we lost his twin but so proud Evan survived against the odds.

We were expecting twins but lost one. I am due on 7th December 2011 and this has been a very difficult pregnancy with everything from miscarriage, emergency scans, a later heavy bleed with fitting (threatened miscarriage), epic sickness and lots more. Now am told that I have slightly reduced blood from my left vein going to the placenta so I now have appointments at least every 2 weeks until the end of the pregnancy. Hoping the baby stays safe and well (also hoping the rest of the pregnancy and labour go smoothly).

How I found out I was pregnant: I had terrible heartburn and had never had it before then missed my period and checked the day after. Was a complete surprise as we were told my husband would not be able to naturally get me pregnant (slow swimmers)so a miracle and amazing birthday present for him

At 30weeks+6 his growth slowed down a lot (only 3lb 1oz) which they suspected would happen. I am told that if he doesn't put enough weight on by 33weeks+6 then I'll either be admitted to hospital for bed rest or be induced. There is no way they will let me pass my due date so I'll be meeting little man any time from now until 7th December   Am also really happy that they've told me if they have to induce it'll be natural unless there are complications (no doubt there will be because I don't want a C-section!). With all of the appointments which are a bit of a PITA I get to see him every 2-4 weeks on ultrasound which I LOVE! He loves his space though like me so when the ultrasound tech pokes him with the machine he punches back lol   and if I get sad he gives me a little tap to remind me he's there   always makes me feel better.

Yesterday (25th October/33+6) it was confirmed that my baby is not gaining enough weight so he'll be taken out at the very least three weeks earlier than expected. I am anxious but can't wait to meet him
